Flat Rate
$800/ quarter day (2 Hours; $400 per party)
$1,500 / half day (4 hours; $750 per party)
$2,800 / full day (8 hours; $1,400 per party)
Payment
The parties are obligated to evenly split any fees due.The flat rate includes all advance preparation time, including individual pre-mediation telephone calls with each party. If additional follow-up time is requested, such time will be charged at an hourly rate of $400 per hour and scheduled as soon as possible. Travel-related fees may be charged for on-site mediations occurring outside the greater Providence metropolitan area. Full payment of the mediation fee must be received not later than seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.
Cancelation Policy
All mediation fees will be refunded if the engagement is canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. In the event the mediation is canceled on less than 7 days notice, a cancellation fee of $400 will be levied.
